This kiosk is located in Egypt, primarily in shopping malls and airports. It offers self-service gold vending services to revitalize the economy, promote an uninhibited consumer culture, and provide fast product and service delivery. With the growing demand for self-service and accessibility, the number of self-service kiosks is also increasing.

2. Customer goals: The functions and goals that the customer hopes to achieve
(1) Since this is an unmanned and self-service vending machine, non-face-to-face ordering and payment must be possible through the kiosk.
(2) Due to the different specifications of the products sold, multiple channels must be selected to facilitate product storage and sales.
(3) Since gold-related products are sold, a high-security and insurance-resistant dynamic electronic password lock must be added inside to ensure the safety of the gold inside.
(4) Add an A4 printer and a receipt printer to print gold certificates and purchase receipts.

(1) For convenience, customers must be able to order and pay for their own orders.
(2) Because the products sold are relatively expensive, improving the safety of the machines is essential.

(1) Equipped with a 19-inch wide display screen for intuitive menu selection and POS payment module.

(2) Built-in A4 printer and thermal printer for printing gold certificates and purchase records.

(3) One built-in camera and one external camera can record the internal gold storage and sales process and can also view inventory status in real time.

(4) Built-in sales module and control conveyor system to store gold products of different specifications. Gold is transported through the control system.

(5) Built-in dynamic electronic password lock used for bank ATM machines. The gold box cannot be opened directly. A different password is required each time it is opened.

(6) Unique 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate shell, most of the market are 1.5mm.
